BUFMC FRESHMEN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM​

BUFMC's Freshmen Development Program guides freshmen through the foundation for sophomore-year recruiting. Over the spring semester and summer, participants will work through courses covering technical curriculum, pairing each module with a hands-on deliverable, from DCF models to real deal spotlights presented to peers. Participants also sharpen their behavioral stories, build outreach and networking skills, and finish with Excel and PowerPoint training to polish their skillset.

 

Active participation during both Spring and Summer semesters is a key factor considered for admission into BUFMC's competitive Sophomore Mentorship program in the Fall semester.
