PREPARING STUDENTS FOR THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

BUFMC is committed to assisting students throughout their career development process and supporting them on their journeys to securing an internship or job opportunity at the most reputable firms. In addition to our weekly general member meeting where students learn how to build financial models using Excel, those admitted into the mentorship program will also have access to attend another meeting specifically tailored towards preparing students for the recruitment process involved for investment banking. During these educational meetings, our mentors will cover material ranging from the technical to the behavioral aspects of the interview process, using their own personal experiences to give you a better understanding of what the recruiting cycle entails.
