SOPHOMORE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The BUFMC Mentorship Program is a formalized, highly selective year-long program for current sophomores aimed specifically at placing students into investment banking or private equity internships for Summer 2028. It combines lectures, mock coffee chats, and mock interviews during weekly program meetings, and is led by FMC E-Board members who have been successfully recruited and been placed into Investment Banking and/or Private Equity internships for this summer.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Highly motivated sophomore (Grad Year Fall 2028-Spring 2029)

100% committed to working towards a Summer 2028 internship offer

Strong academic background and demonstrated interest in finance

Can meet during weekly meetings on Tuesdays from 5-6 PM
