MENTORSHIP AND RECRUITING

Following integrating the Boston University's Investment Banking Group into BUFMC, we have created a separate segment of our club dedicated to helping students who seek to attain a career in investment banking. Our Co-Vice Presidents of Mentorship and Recruiting are committed to delivering exceptional service to the students who are successfully admitted into the mentorship program. This program offers numerous benefits to students, including one-on-one mentorship, weekly instructional meetings preparing students for the rigorous recruitment cycle, and networking opportunities that provide students with an extensive network of BU alumni. Through implementing this program, we hope to best prepare participating students for the recruitment process, ultimately providing them with the skills and connections needed to secure professional opportunities at the most reputable financial institutions.
